What kind of warranty does a Li’l Hauler have? 1. What kind of warranty does a Li’l Hauler have? Answer: The Smitty’s Li’l Hauler is a very unique and very strong wagon. It is our belief that if anything will go wrong with one of our wagons it will happen very soon after purchase. This seldom happens andwhen it does it will be fixed or replaced free of charge within 14-day’s of original purchase depending on the situation. Smitty’s Wagons will be responsible for all manufacturing defects. If the problem is due to abuse or neglect it is the customers responsibility to pay for repairs needed. All repairs are at the discretion of Smitty’s Wagons Inc. 2. Can I return my purchase if I’m not satisfied?
All this criteria must be met before we are obligated to take back the unit we will still have the right of refusal. We feel when you purchase or receive your product you will have adequate time to make a decision if you wish to keep it or return it. This must take place within the 14-day time frame. 3. How long will a Smitty’s Li’l Hauler Wagon last? Answer: A Smitty’s Wagon is a very specialized build. We have been in business for 25years, our customers are continuously telling us that they purchased a wagon when we first opened and that their wagon is as good as the day they bought it. The Smitty’s Wagon is strong reliable and trouble free. It is not indestructible, but they are resilient if cared for properly and not neglected or abused. Like all things you must care for your purchase in order for it to last. We try and equip our wagons the best we can for the world they will be used in. The rest is up to you the owner to see to it that the wagon is cared for. A Smitty’s wagon because of its sturdy design should last a lifetime if properly maintained. 4. Can I buy accessories for my Li’l Hauler Wagon? Answer: Yes you can buy accessories please refer to the website for options and pricing. Keep checking in from time to time to see what we have new for your Li’l Hauler. 5. I live in the United States can I buy a Smitty’s Wagon? Answer: Yes we will be happy to sell you a Li’l Hauler. We ship across North America including all 50 States all the time.
Answer: Shipping & handling is not included in the purchase price. The shipping price will be determined on the location of your residence. This holds true if you live in Canada or the United States. NOTE: TO RESIDENCE OF THE UNITED STATES. As a resident of the United States you must be aware of the currency difference between our two countries. All charges will be billed in Canadian dollars and will convert into U.S. dollars on your credit card statements. This conversion will most likely always be in your favor as the Canadian dollar is worth less then your American dollar. Currency rates change daily and are set by your financial institution they are not set by Smitty’s Wagons.
If you live within the United States there are duty charges associated with your order. These charges are enforced by U.S. Customs and are not enforced or the responsibility of Smitty’s Wagons. If you order a Smitty’s Wagon from within the United States you may receive a phone call from the U.S. Customs office. U.S. Customs will want to confirm your shipment and if you wish to accept the customs/duty charges associated with your shipment. If you are a residential customer purchasing a Smitty's Wagon, you may be required to provide futher information, this will enable U.S. Customs to confirm the persons with the U.S. address provided for delivery as well as the purchase. All the information collected is kept confidential and is not shared with any outside companies or agencies. If you are a company purchasing a Smitty's Wagon you may be required by U.S. Customs to provide further information. All these information requirements are enforced and must accompany your order at the border otherwise your shipment may be declined and re-routed back to Smitty's Wagons. If you do not receive a phone call from U.S. Customs, your shipment is trouble free. Answer: On all orders not yet shipped, you will receive a full refund. On
all order cancellations that have shipped their will be a 15% restocking

We take the wagon business very seriously, we do not produce poor quality wagons. If you are undecided we encourage our customers to look at some of our competitors products to compare. Only then can you fully appreciate the product Smitty's Wagons produces, almost every time a customer will return to purchase a Smitty's Li'l Hauler Wagon and feel proud they made the right choice. We do not make claims to be the lowest priced wagon on the market, but we hold true to the belief that we are the best!
